I played the Bears at -1 1/2 earlier this week and that is my only play here. If you haven't bet it yet, you might want to wait and see if the line keeps moving and if you can get the Bears at +100 or better. If you find the Bears at +++ odds, bet it for 3*. Otherwise...

CHICAGO -1 1/2 over Green Bay 2*

Good luck tonight.

I am leaning towards the Packers based on their recent domination of the Bears. Also, the Bears injuries on defense concern me a bit. I feel Favre will be able to pick the Cicago "D" apart.
I know that the G.B. Defense is below average, but the Bears Off. doesn't impress me at all.
I am just curious as to what you are basing your pick on? Thanks in advance, and good luck.

Pack haven't handled a good pass rush all season. Offensive line has looked shaky. Road performances have been weak, a blowout loss to New Orleans and a skin of their teeth win at Detroit (0-2 ATS). I don't expect the Pack to have too much success stopping the run and they are playing a road game on Monday night for the divisional lead against their most hated rivals. A huge game for Chicago, absolutely colossal. Lose and they are 2 back with a head to head loss and a game remaining at GB. Almost a must-win from the Bears perspective.

Nick, with respect, I see you in a unidiminsional bet! seeing the bad things of the other side, and the things who should do your side, no so reasoning thinking, and I like the packerS!! but good luck !!

Agreed

It is only normal to focus on only the sore spots of the opposition, rather than looking for the strong points of your own side. Yes the Packers have been questionable against the pass rush, of good pass rushing teams, but Chicago is in no way a good pass rushing team. I believe they are near the bottom in total sacks.
In this type of capping, I find it hard for anyone to be on Chicago, as their stats are way below the Packers in most fields. In any case, I am sticking with G.B., but I believe the stronger play is the OVER. Good luck with your pick, one of us will be making some cash tonight.
