SOMEWHERE AROUND THE S.E.C.
ole miss rebel - 1.5 10 stars************

ole miss has the tougest home court advantage in the s.e.c. though not a good road team they are almost unbeatable at home. plus ole miss will lock up a ncaa berth with the win today against a good alabama team

ole miss wins by double digits.

have to agree with you on this one and...

have to agree with you on this one and...

already knew which team you would select, i'm from Ky. so i also follow the sec very close, bama doesnt'really have anything to play for since they rapped up their division, but ole miss, not assured of going to the big dance, although every yr it seems like 6 tems form the sec make the tourney, 20 wins with last one over being over the sixth seed in the poll would certainly boost their chances of getting, even if they lost in the first rounf of sec tourney. GL, and gutsy call, but i defintely think the right one. Should catch alabama in let down mode.

home court advantage?

home court advantage?

Not going to argue with your pick....but please....the toughest place to play over the last four years in the SEC is Tuscaloosa. Check the records. Bama only lost one game at home in two years. Absolutely the best home court advantage in the SEC once clown David Hobbs was shipped out. All that being said, this a no play for me...plenty of better games today. Bama still has a great deal to play for. With recent loss by Cincy, still in hunt for the 4th #1 seed with a win today and a couple off wins in the conference tourney. Coach Gottfried has mentioned several times that THIS may be the biggest game of the season for bamas program. Just not sure if the players have refocused 100%. GLTA

I agree everbody is on this one.I hear reasons from unranked favored over ranked,no motivation for Bama,to must win for Ole Miss.Well I bet on matchups which dont always win but give me Bama+2 and their 2 NBA players over and extremely outmatched Ole Miss team.As always ,your betting on 20yr olds so anything goes.Good luck today!!!

Killer pick! Appreciate it. Tough luck on the Dawgs yesterday, they should have won it at the end of regulation. But you (we) got it back today plus some.

granted over the last 100...you've got us...but I did say POST David Hobbs. No one should've had to endure that. since the 89-90 season (when Mark became coach) the Tide is 56-7 at Coleman...in that same period Ole Miss is 56-9 at the Tad Pad. And just to let you know...the Rebels are 83-10 since the 96-97 season in Oxford (if you exclude exhibition games.) REGARDLESS... the Rebs opened a can of whoop ass yesterday which hopefully will do a couple of things. First, guarantee Ole Miss an invitation to the big dance, and secondly bring the Tide back to earth follwing their wins over Florida and Auburn. Should be one helluva tourney in Hot-lanta.
