As with poverty and obesity, the rate of cigarette smoking is inversely proportional to level of education. I'd bet most of the 10 states rank near top in terms of HS dropout rates

The majority of those top 10 are also in the most poverty stricken as well..

That's why they are poverty stricken, imagine spending 20 bucks a day on cigs :shrug: 140 a week, 560 a month, over 6000 a year :shrug: no thanks

Imagine how much you spend lifetime on cancer sticks? If you are a smoker?

WTF why not PA here in Philly i see over 800,000 smoking fat moo cows and other towns close by within 25 miles better update that list goberment or whoever made up that top 10 list

Not surprising. I can't walk into work at the hospital without having to traverse through a wall of cigarette smoke emanating from the patients smoking on the sidewalk. These idiots can't even take the time to get admitted for whatever "ailment" brought them to the ER without signing a Waiver to leave the floor to go smoke.
