1) you must have at least 50 posts at MadJackSports at the time of this post.
2) you must have wagered at least 100$ in deposited money between Sept 1 2007 and Febuary 1 2008. (money earned from contest winnings, or free play money converted to cash does not count. betjam managment will be the sole determinor of wether or not a client is eligible)

1) only one 10$ square per person, if you have requested a 10$ square through another site, you cannot request one through MadJacksports.com
2) 10$ cash credit must be used to purchase superbowl square's.
3) After you click on "office squares" you will see a section for MadJacks office squares.
4) numbers will be drawn once the cards are full
5) multiple squares are permitted, however they must be purchased with your own acccount funds.

a completed list will be sent to betjamaica on Febuary 2nd and all eligible accounts will be credited with their square. Wait for your credit and play your square before the big game on the 3rd of febuary.
BONUS: If you have made a CASH deposit to your betjam account in the 2008 calender year, you are eligible for a BONUS 10$ square so you will get a total of 20$ to play 2 superbowl squares.
