I'm gonna try and swim in ncaa waters as well. Keep in mind, since I'm european that I can't watch the games. All my information comes from the net and listening to the games on the radio. Thread lightly
YTD 0-0-0
JMU +3 -107 1 unit
- Paladins are 1-5 ATS after scoring 25 points or less in the first half last game over the L3 seasons
- Paladins are 0-6 ATS after scoring less than 60 points over the L3 seasons
I just believe that Paladins defensive lapses will be well exploited by JMU. In previous two games this season, Paladins allowed their opponents 46% & 54.1% shooting.
Pepperdine -7 -107 1 unit
- Braves are 2-11 ATS at home against opponents with a very good shooting % since '97
- Braves are 0-6 ATS at home when they make less than 40% of their shots over the L3 seasons
New coach for Braves ( first year head coach ) will have a hard time making some changes in braves offence. They averaged just 38 % last year. On the other hand, Waves have evenly spread out offence averaging 81 ppg last year. And Waves so far fared rather well on Friday nights. Lets hope they continue to do it.
Hawaii -8 -107 1 unit
Every way I look at this game I see a comfortable double digit win fo Hawaii, so I'll bite.
Ball St. -13.5 -107 1 unit
Ball St. will have a huge difference in the paint in this game. Jacksonville usually work a four guard approach leaving Barlett alone in the paint. While he averaged 14 ppg last year, he only had 15 blocks and 9 assists while he turned the ball over 60 times last year. Smith ( 19,6 ppg, 10,9 rpg ) & Echols ( 18,3 ppg, 14.5 rpg ) will have a productive day tonite. They averaged 8 blocks per game last season.
Good luck to everyone
