dont worry they will be along shortly to explain how if they were there they would have been carrying their hand gun and saved the day by shielding their face from the tear gas and shooting down the guy who was wielding a rifle and had a bullet proof vest on.

if the gun laws were strict, there wouldnt be fucking maniacs like this who can easily get a gun.

pretty sure i watched a documentary or news bit a few months ago about how you can just go to a gun show and buy a gun from someone and they dont check or care what the hell you show them as long as you give them cash.

theres no way you can argue against the common sense that is eliminate guns and you have a hell of a lot less incidents like this. are you going to eliminate all incidents, no, but they wont be as severe as this.

hell of a lot harder for someone to go on a stabbing rampage than a shooting rampage.

how about all the innocent people that get hit by stray bullets in these cities when people just decide to have a gun fight in the middle of the street?

the human race isnt mentally stable enough as a whole to be allowed guns.

Where are all the gun nuts in here?

Glad we live in a country where you can get a fucking ak-47 and vests/gas masks.

"But look at the old guy who saved those people in the internet cafe"

"If someone in the theater had their concealed permit they could have stopped him".

It's a pretty fucking simple argument. Show me gun deaths in countries that do not allow their citizens to carry and then compare that to the US.

For every person "saved" by having a weapon on them there are probably 10,000 killed by guns.

"It's our constitutional right". We don't live out in the wilderness anymore you morons.

Move to Chicago.

TIA

I am not an anti 2nd amendment person but I to do not understand why AK-47's & there likes are easily obtained along with flak jackets, gas canisters.
My other concern is it seems that we have a underworld of kids & men who are ticking time bombs. It seems that these people must share their demented thoughts & behaviors with other people. When we hear or see it do we just play it off ( my self inc.) or say to ourselves that we don't want to get involved it's not our problem. This inc's child & spousal abuse along with alcohol & drug abuse.
Banning all these weapons or strapping an IV to him is not really going to make me feel safe.
I wish I had the solution !

Taking all the guns away is not the answer. There are 250,000,000 private ownership guns in the US
Moron. Wilderness? Get real.

Prayers for the family of the victims. The massacre was only 15 miles from Columbine which makes it even more tragic. To think the people of this area have to relive this nightmare again is unreal.

What use does an AK-47 have?

If you read my post I amended it (added a post) that says I can see hand guns, rifles for hunting- but what need would someone have for an assault rifle?

Automatic weapons, high capacity magazines and armor piercing bullets serve no hunting or recreational purpose and are not necessary for personal protection unless you are a sheik. I should not be able to purchase any of this stuff, and it sickens me that I can.

Anyone with any weapons-related conviction on their record should be banned from owning any type of firearm for a period of at least 20 years, if not life.

The same goes for any felon, regardless of the nature of the crime.

I worry about the American psyche that makes people so angry and violent. Maybe it's the whole world, maybe it's human nature, but it's scary.

So sad for those that lost their life to this angry man.

The survivors will be haunted by this. This animal ruined the lives of at least 12 families, plus adversely affected dozens more. Hundreds of lives will never be the same just because this self-loather opted to kill others instead of simply turning one of those guns on himself.

Lets call a duck a duck here. The reason u can get these killing machines is because Bush let the assault weapon ban expire and didn't do shit to extend it just it to appease the NRA and the jackasses the NRA manipulates each and every day. The ones who stroke the barrels of their guns when they go to bed. It is amazing that this stuff doesn't happen more.
