They start out slow. Usc will try to run the ball. I believe to shorten the game, to make there defense not give up so many pts. Similar to what atlanta falcon s tried to do against the packers. >28 pts is generous. Max output I see is 31 pts. But 28 or less is likely!

I know im going against the grain, but I will likely play the OVER in the 2h, where usc's depth shows its ugly face, which will make usc offense open up
