first acc game for virginia tech. id be surprised if they came out and laid an egg. im not sure they can compete with carolina for 40:00, but they do enough things well enough that i think this could be a 4 or 5 point first half. as good as carolina is, its almost impossible to justify this much road chalk in conference play against a semi-formidable team. hokies not a one-man show, so i think theyll put together a good first 20:00 of basketball.

Do you know something I don't know that makes VT "semi-fomidable?". While I do agree somewhat with your play (I think vtech comes out with energy), they have played absolutely no one, have lost to some softies, hvae some injured players and get destroyed on the boards. On the other hand, we have not shown squat on the road. Just curious if u knew something about vt that i didn't.

vtech had their chance to control tempo and stay in the game. still trying to figure out how the hell the 1h didnt cover. nonetheless, think carolina pushes it out in the 2h as happens so often.
