I'll take the Leafs tonight as my first play of the year. Plays will still be at a minimum for the next couple of weeks, but I like the Leafs in this spot tonight. Carolina may be without Commodore, Hedican, and Stillman - all questionable. Ward has a 3.79 GAA in 6 starts against the Leafs. Leafs won 3 of 4 last year against Carolina outscoring them 10-2 the last two games. Hopefully the Leafs can keep Staal off the scoresheet - he has 7points in his last 4 trips to Toronto. I think the Leafs will play solid and step it up a notch for Jason Blake. Toskala is the Leafs probable starter.
