freeze - iam concerned as well with the turnovers, but during the ending stretch of the season, CMU got much better at ball control. Your right about the press, and not many MAC teams use the press that often with the exception of Western Michigan(whom CMU beat twice). The thing is though, for those who even know CMU just a little bit, they only know of Chris Kaman. But the guards are great. In the MAC Tourney they handled the ball very well and beat and killed the best rebounding team and #2 defensive team in the MAC(Northern Illinois). I understand how good Creighton is after I watched them shut down Jermain Deerman. But the thing about this game is Chris Kaman. If they can get the ball inside to him on the first pass - consistentnly - then Creighton is going home because maybe with the exception of Okafor at UConn, nobody can stop Kaman. You give him the ball, the double team you, he dishes it out, and CMU pops the 3. CMU One of the best shooting teams in the nation in every single category this season. If they foul Kaman, then you send him to the line, and you gotta like having a 7 footer who can hit free throws.
Plus the MAC has great early success in the big dance in recent years
