griff, if i may give some constructive criticsism

i dont like the fact that i would have to email you for certain lines or certain limits

if i was at a book, i would want my wagers limit transparent, and i would want them applied equally to everyone across the board

i used to play at a book that said limits varied on deposit amount and so on and so forth, but they were always finnicky with me and i hated that

not saying you guys will mess with players, but i dont like that i have to call for reduced juice or changing limits, etc..i just want it all spelled out on there on the website

This. I pointed out that you guys should deal 10 cent lines in bases and you asked me to email you and you would see what you could do for me. Just deal 10 cent lines to everyone and be done with it.

I think I have clearly stated time and time again. If there is something you would like all you need to do is email me the request.

I really appreciate the fact that we have open dialogue here on this forum. What I dont appreciate is when people come on the forums and tell us how we are to operate. Suggestion are one thing,, orders are another.

We do not advertise 10 cent lines and I am not going to offer them to everyone. Things like that are judged and determined by our wagering department, not by me.

If you qualify you will get them. That's it!

As I have told you all we look at every account here individually and separate. I think the other members here can attest to that.

Really Bro, I have spent the entire weekend battling on different forums by players looking to rip on us and the stuff we are doing. I understand that you cant please everyone but we try our best here.

If someone really wanted to get something done they would just send the request as asked and it would probably get done. But people just want to cause issues and not do that and instead bring it out here in public to get a fire going.

I promise you one thing there is not another shop out there that will do for you what we can do. But it must be done correctly and that means written request and those request reviewed by the proper departments.

Just send your request buddy and I will have it looked at today.

the fact that i have to email you to set up certain things that aren't available to others doesn't instill confidence, esp b/c ive had issues with this from another book...it is at the top of my list for not playing there

Sorry does not work that way and anyone who is judged at their current shop based on what the next guy is doing or what the next guy is getting should be upset.

If your not happy being judged as an individual at 1VICE ,, then maybe we are not the place for you.
