FLORIDA (Pavano) + 140 over ARIZONA (Batista)

Carl Pavano has performed well for the Marlins since joining
the rotation (+$220, 3.70 ERA) and he should excel against a
last place Arizona team that has only managed to score an
anemic 3.2 runs per game vs. righthanders so far (-$1090).
The Marlins are posting respectable numbers vs. righthanders
in 2003 (+$355 with 5.2 runs per game)
