Game Day is headed to Ames Saturday for the first time ever. I guess in Iowa they are calling it ?Ames Day?. I remember last year they went to Pullman for Washington St v. Oregon. The place was like NO other:0025 I expect the same here. I went back and checked the box score to be for sure and Washington St. took a 27-0 lead into half, winning 34-20. Illl be on the 1st half +.5 as a top play. Will also buy to 3(-30). Cyclones had week off and win this one.

Buffs come off TWO emotional games to start this season. Col. St. Come from behind win, then a Unbelievable win over Nebraska. It?s so hard to keep these Young men up 3 straight weeks. Looking for flat spot here. Force win outright.

First, buying hooks is for suckers, especially in this situation. Your wager makes no sense at all. Talking Iowa State plus 1/2 point in the first half, but then buying the hook. Anyone with any knowledge knows that the correct and most profitable play in situations like this is taking Iowa State ML both for the half and for the game. Can you win both wagers? Sure, that is whythey call it gambling. Can you turn a profit over a season making wagers like that. NO. Absolutely NO. The extra vig will nail you.

My problem with wagering either way on this game is that Air Force has NOT played a game yet. Sure they defeated Colgate by 41, but that was nothing more than a scrimmage. Air Force is in a huge look ahead situation, visiting Potato land next week for a Friday Night game against Boise State.

You could not be more wrong about this. Buying the half or more makes sense in many situations. You love to throw absolutes around with no support. You need to stop coming into other people's threads and telling them they do not know what they are doing. Many of us have probably been doing this since before you were born. I gave you a reprieve last week since you were new to the site after telling me I am jumping on the MD bandwagon and how there is no way Syracuse should be a dog to MD. Having a different opinion is great and it is what makes a market, but telling others they do not know what they are doing is another thing. At least back it up with something of substance.
