GOOD LUCK, HORNS. I hope you mean the Sens, and not the OilCan (I like NashVegas :D )

Terrible spot for Wash tomorrow, who hasn't won on the road in 3/4 spots all year (0-5-2). But because of the juice, I'll probably just play them in a 2-teamer, if I can find another solid play to pair up with.

Sens are heavy juice, but I will give more info after the morning skate. If you noticed in my thread from Thursday, I mentioned I was a little weary later in the day of playing the Sens. A few of the players were already talking about the Caps before they had played the Ducks. The Sens players want a piece of Wash.

More fuel for the habs play:
Leafs are a dismal 8-10-2-1 on the road
Leafs have won 5 of their last 8 with all 3 losses coming on the road.

HORNS:)

Backup Charpentier in net tonight for Washington. Recently added Josh Green is likely to play tonight. Not a good spot for them tonight.

Horns, what do you think of Joel Kwiatkowski? I have ready that he is a pretty good skater, fast and pretty decent at making the first pass out of the zone. Anything to add?

He will join the Caps today up there, but not sure if he'll play tonight.

ddubs - Lalime is starting.

SJ - Kiwi is a solid player, just got lost in the numbers game. Sens still have an extra D every night who is a healthy scratch. Kiwi even played about 5 or 6 games on the wing when they had injuries. He plays the body well and everything you added about his game is very true. I would say his one glaing weakness is down low in front of the net. He has hard time playing one on one at times but only down low and lacks clearing rebounds sometimes. This guy will only get better with more ice. Besides Cassidy had him in Grand Rapids for the last 2 years, which used to be the Sens AHL team. He is playing tonight as he never went to Wash after the trade due to Visa work to be done.

JMAC - Playing UAB -8 / Oregon St. +15.5 / Auburn -1 / UConn +1 and a few others I am looking at right now. Hit Maryland already today. GL

HORNS:)

More important info.

The Caps flew into Ott. this morning at 11am and of course did not have a skate. Can't figure this one out. There game ended last night at 9:30pm. I thought NHL rules said you had to arrive in the visiting city the night before or the early morning hours there of.

SJ - Bang on with the starter, I was told not too long ago by a few radio guys here in Ott. that Charpentier is the starter in nets for the Caps.

HORNS:D

I really do like Ottawa a lot but with that juice I just cannot play it right now. I am really trying to keep my plays to games with smaller numbers than -160. I think you are on a good one, though.

It looked like the Sens were toying with them for 2 periods and then in the 3rd turned on the turbo. Didn't help that the Caps ran out of gas and Jagr tweaked a groin too. They hung with 'em for a while, but the Sens speed and finesse were too much. That was the Caps 6th game in 9 days and it is starting to show. Look at the Bs tomorrow afternoon vs. WASH.
