He always bumps his thread up when he wins, so I bump him up when he loses. Otherwise, he gives the impression that he wins more often than he really does. It's not your place to do anything. He isn't misleading anyone. If he is, they don't understand the risks in gambling. He isn't forcing anyone to follow him or has he said anything that would make anyone seem like he is a tout. He doesn't go in anyone else's threads and troll them when they lose. As far as I'm concerned, he hasn't done anything to warrant this kind of shit.
