You think that is a lot? I won't even say what my average electric bill is, I would never be called a "liberal" again, and I have worked hard to get that label.
i don't understand why yours wiould be higher than that...

Don't ever buy a house where the additions were built out instead of up.
Or one at 8,000 feet high. Tends to be a bit chilly...
Your heating is electric? It was cold this winter
And I get electricity from a cooperative so they can charge whatever they want, and it is A LOT more than other companies charge...
Oh yeah, the hot tub too...
It's not so much Bush - he really doesn't think for himself. He's owned by many people who will not profit from his endorsements of conservation. Too bad. His Texas house sounds pretty cool - it should receive more attention.Never mind, sam. I found plenty of information about the house online myself. It is a passive solar design, with lots of southern exposure to the sun in winter. I'll bet our President has a very low winter heating bill. More homes should be designed this way.
Why the heck doesn't he talk more about the environment and conservation, since he obviously considers it to be something of value? He has said that we are "addicted to oil" in past state of the union and other addresses, but where is his alternative plan.
Does President Bush have an alternative plan?
Your heating is electric?
I assumed heating was gas bill. Maybe that not true for everyone.
