just received the new phil steele newsletter. he states he was 20-3 on his preseason picks lastyear... I findit hard to believe, does anyone have proof?? thanks for the help, personally i don't trust these scamdicappers and their touts.

That 20-3 Record is on so called Marquee Plays, which were started last year, these are not so called Service Plays usually posted in the Forums, basically Late Phone Plays for Clients in a new created catagory.

Last Year in Preseason I show he went 13-5, Newsletter shows 15-6, but that included the 2* plays on Monday Night in the Preseason. In 2002 I confirm as in newsletter late Phone 3* and higher he went 10-5-1. But if you notice in the newsletter 2001 is missing he went 8-9, and in 2000 preseason he did go 11-6-1. Still a very good record of 42-25 or about 63% for the 4 years.
