Ok guys. Sorry for the delay in updating, but a month long vacation will do that to a guy!
Here is who has paid, and who hasn't. We agreed end of February for the $$$. Anyone who hasn't paid, can you please let me know your intentions?
I have no problem extending the deadline, just need to make sure I get a FIRM commitment before we let anyone go too much further.

Geez....so many sign in but fail to "walk the walk". Anyway, as always, Im in!!!!!!!! I'll do anything to try to beat Agent and beat BDB. Oakes is strong as dirt, but not unbeatable :shrug: BDB had an incredible 1st week, but this is a marathon, not a sprint. Agent, I'd say this is going to be a short field compared to last year, but so be it.

Ok guys, segment #1 is in the books! What a great week by Screamin Pain! He finished #1 overall for segment #1, and wins $105. Agent 0659 finished #2 and wins $35. These will be the payouts for each segment. Here is the final payout numbers for the overall winners.....

As listed above, Lewehands, Gamblingsillegalatbushwwood(Rolltide72), and C20916 all dropped out and were non pays. Chadman has not paid yet but has contacted me and is mailing his $$$ this week. Bomb Squad is still picking his team, but his emails are bouncing back, and he has not responded to this thread or a seperate thread I started trying to reach him. Not sure what to do? Currently I am basing the payout on 14 players but I have only collected from 12.
BDB loses segment 1 and owes me $250:fit01:

Not that I have any chance to win anything (esp considering I pick golfers based strictly on how cool their names are), but I don't understand these points. I emailed the pga fantasy people and they said they would look into it, but that was 4 days ago and I haven't received any other reply. So why did I get 0 points for Jaidee last week who finished even, and 58 for Ben Curtis, who finished +9?

Ok, I'll attempt an explanation.
This past tournament was put on by the WGA in affilliation with the PGA of America. The field was comprised of members in good standing in other tours worldwide as well as the top money earners on the US tour. The field was elite in that respect and some players were NOT PGA members, therefore they were playing for prestige, money, etc, BUT were NOT entitled to FedEx points. Therefore, Mickelson (who tied with your boy, Jaidee) received points as a PGA member but Jaidee did not although they received the same amount of cash.
THere are only 4 tournaments all year like this one. The match play in Arizona earlier in the year was another. Top 64 players in the world were exempt, but not all cound earn FedEx points.
THis FedEx thing is new this year and is a lame attempt to base performance on something other than money won. The tour has patterned it after the Nextel cup in racing. :shrug:
Incidently, when a golfers "looks" start to enter into your selection process, it's ok to "pull the trigger" :wall:

THanks, but I f'd up big time this week. I forgot to hit the "save roster" button when I changed my players......I'm still using last weeks team and several aren't entered this week. :cursin: :mj01:
