While the defending-champion Packers are in pursuit of perfection, everyone else is trying to wreck their hopes. Here?s a look at the playoff picture after the near conclusion of Week 13 action.

Have clinched the NFC North and have a two-game lead over the 49ers for home-field advantage in the playoffs.

Have clinched the NFC West and have a one-game lead over the Saints for a first-round playoff bye.

Have a two-game lead over the Falcons in the NFC South. Also are two games ahead of the Cowboys for the No. 3 spot.

Currently have the top seed in the AFC because of a better conference record than the Ravens (7-2 vs. 6-2) and better strength of victory than the Texans (45-62 vs. 41-65). Have a two-game lead over the Jets in the AFC East.

Tied atop the AFC North with the Steelers, but own the tiebreaker edge because of a series sweep of Pittsburgh. Own a head-to-head tiebreaker over the Texans.

NE has 3 conference games left with Miama and Denver on the schedule. Ravens have 4 conference games left; Colts, CIN, CLE, and SD.

If both teams win out Ravens take the top seed but I think the chances of Ravens winning out are better than NE.

Should be interesting.

Saints loss to st Louis hurt badly.


they ain't shucking and jivin' now though..


that offense is lethal..

GB and N.O. on a fast track would be a fantastic Super Bowl..

but of course some piss ant AFC team has to be included..:0corn

I wish Schaub would not have got hurt :facepalm: Texans defense is rolling right now with Wade Phillips...don't count them out either...DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS :0003

I think its GB/NE Super Bowl, that is what I picked before the season started :popcorn2
