5-1 L6 plays, still down a few coins, huge line swing tonight in Bama/Sooner Sugar Bowl and Ohio St "D" lineman out swinging total a bit in Clemson/OSU tilt.

A lot of "no motivation for Bama talk/written jibberish" and I'm here to tell ya, has Bama ever not shown up for a Bowl game other than to losing to Utah in his (Saban's) second year, where they went 12-2? John Parker Wilson (2 ints vs Utah) isn't anywhere close to the talent of AJ McCarron has and there is no Brian Johnson like QB for the Sooners, they have behemoth Belldozer and QB Knight coming off an aggrevated shoulder/upper body injury and the Sooner running game makes them one dimensional. AJ is on a mission to end his career on a win and Saban put to rest the Texas coaching rumor and the lil snide remark Stoops made about the SEC will catch up to the Sooners this evening. Bama run stoppers give up 3.1 yards per carry while OU gives up a lil over 4 yds per pop. Bama averages over 200 yds running and passing per game and they have some talented receivers. The Sooners have some ball catchers alright but they have to complete passes first. Bama's "D" is rated a tad higher than Okie State, TCU, K State, Kansas all teams that OU didn't blow away, and the sooners barely beat WVU. Bama played better "D"s in the SEC along with Va Tech.

Lots of service Bowl Locks on Oklahoma only makes me feel a lil more confident on bama but my gut tells me the team with the better QB and HC and number of stellar athletes wins this one easily!!

Worse game I've seen Bama play since their loss to LSU @ LSU a couple years back.
0-2, -2.4 units on the day in CFB, -1.3 in CBB, but +5.9 units in NBA!!

I shy'd away from this game, because I felt that Oklahoma would play uptempo, and the teams that play that style, this year like Auburn, and Texas a&m....... They had trouble w them this year. On top of that the motivation factor, or maybe even the distraction of NEW ORLEANS, Is not a good combo!
I Could never have faith in BIG game Bob neither though, in a bowl game!

Arkansas St/Ball St - total over is what I played, seeing some action on under, but why? Ball St can't stop anyone and surely not Arkansas St is going to stop anyone? They don't have their HC who left for Boise and thus far teams that played in bowl games w/o their HC have gone this way, USC covered and sent over the total, Boise did not cover as a dog and total went under, BG went over the total but failed to cover, SU loser vs Pitt, Washington covered and went under the total with Tuiasosopo as interim HC, MAC teams have failed to cover in 2 bowl games (N Ill - Ohio), Sun Belt one win/cover in ULL. Ball State HC has a decent QB on pro alert for this game.

Oh and Ark St gives up 24 while scoring 30 ppg, Ball St scores are 40 ppg and gives up 25, split the means and error margin plus having 4+ weeks off to prepare, perhaps a GoDaddy girl will flash the camera in this one!! BSU 38 ARK ST 30
42-31 Score predicted with my numbers.....FSU lower schedule strength than Auburn. Auburn two wins on last second plays, vs Georgia tip drill TD pass and missed FG turned kick return for TD!! Mizzou "D" is no where in the same league as FSU's, receivers for FSU much taller stronger and faster than the DBs of Auburn, Winston is much taller than McCarron, Franklin/Hauck and Murray of Georgia, athletic talent and "D" over the underdog and what Bobby Stoops said "SEC is vulnerable"!!

Not the most entertaining game of the year or Championship game ever until the last couple minutes of the BCS Game, but congrats to the Auburn War Eagles and those that backed them in 2013-14!!
A disappointing season for the wildster, the only saving grace is I start out each sport with 100 units to play with, and I have money left over in the kitty for the following season, so not all is lost but without a profitable season in any sport, it's a fail no matter how you look at it.
I appreciate all the good words and thanks to those I learned something from for why they picked a side/total with a very good analysis. For those who don't post why they like a game or just put up a play and "chest thump" after it wins, boo hiss to you and you know who you are - and the only reason I state this and it's not to degrade anyone's capping ability, but to me, you copied and pasted your pick or guessed at with no reason as to why you like it. It's not like Vegas or any off-shore spy/book is going to change the line from you posting your pick in your thread, but if you continue to post without a reason - more power to you, but if you want some credibility, at least keep a record of wins/losses and units, even if no units posted, we can always guestimate you played it at 11/10 or -110 per play.
