#1 overall, Johnny friggin Manziel? Really? OH Gawd!! Too much ta-doo about Russell Wilson that it's boosted Johnny to first round talk? Come on!! NFL linemen will eat that lil booger up!!

I really like the big LSU RB, Hill, power runner ala, LaGarette Blount out of Oregon now with Patriots, WR Benjamin from Fla St is another that I hope the Eagles go after and they can trade Maclin or Jackson away, also the big WR from Clemson I like Bryant I think is the kids' name. Big WR's, 6'5+ with speed and good hands are not often found and if you can find one that is like Calvin Johnson, you better go for it!!

I believe Clowney will be a bust like the LSU kid that came out a few years back, Dorsey.

they list manziel at 200 lbs but I doubt it. He may do ok but not the #1 pick.

and Bridgewater will be a huge mistake to take #1 at QB for Houston. That guy just does not have it .
another RJ Griffin type.

I agree Clowney is a headcase and will bust out. Word is he dont like to practise and he has attitudal problems. Just what you need when you pay someone millions. Clowney even managed to intimidate Spurrier somehow about his injurys this year. Taking plays off. Getting winded . wtf

Houston should trade it down and pick up some more picks.

I hope the Falcons get Matthews or Robinson . They have to go offensive and defensive line in the entire draft.

Assuming Houston cannot trade down for any value, who do you take #1 overall then KOD?

Also, heres the latest four MOCK draft picks.

29. New England Patriots: Kyle Van Noy, OLB, BYU: Van Noy had a much better 2012 than 2013, but the 6-3, 245-pound pass rusher has drawn comparisons to Clay Matthews. Though he's got a bit of a past, Van Noy has righted the ship up at BYU and can play either on the outside or inside. A versatile linebacker for the Patriots' D. Bill Belichick can never have enough.

30. San Francisco 49ers: Jason Verrett, CB, TCU: The 49ers corners have done a superb job this season, despite a nagging hamstring injury for Carlos Rogers. Tramaine Brock and Tarell Brown proved they could be starters in this league. Verrett adds some depth to one of the NFL's best defensive backfields.

31. Denver Broncos: Ha'Sean Clinton Dix, FS, Alabama: "Ha Ha" is a 6-1, 215-pound roaming free safety from the Nick Saban school of hard knocks. Dix is fluid in his footwork and can level the boom in the open field. Denver's defensive backfield has gotten by this season, but it's by no means the deepest part of the roster. Nice addition at No. 31 overall.

32. Seattle Seahawks: Kony Ealy, DE, Missouri: Mizzou has become a bit of a defensive line factory in recent years with Aldon Smith, Ziggy Hood, and Sheldon Richardson all going in the first round. Ealy's the next in line. A 6-5, 280-pound force on the edge, he could be a sound addition to a defense already loaded across the board.

Where it is real F ing COLD
I disagree, I think Manziel is going to be a good NFL QB. He can make the throws and the kid has guts. Actually he is the only QB in this draft I would even think about spending a high draft choice on. I think teams can get some value or maybe a BIG SLEEPER with Murray out of Georgia. Whoever gets Louis Nix NG out of Notre Dame is going to bolster their defensive line big time. Fingers crossed Vikes take him

I think AJ McCarron late in the first will be a good game manager and NFL QB.

I dont believe Aaron Murray is going to be a good QB at NFL level.

Houston is in a tough spot. They can hardly afford to make a mistake and they need a QB badly

Sure hope Jake Matthews slips down to 6 so the Falcons can nab him.

No one will trade with Houston because they dont want to be in the same dilemma not getting
value at the top pick.

Clowney vows to put on an ?amazing? Scouting Combine

Top prospects often decline to run at the Scouting Combine, but South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney says he plans to put on a show.

Clowney likely would have been the first overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft if not for the NFL?s rule requiring players to be at least three years out of high school before entering the draft. And although his draft stock may have slipped slightly in the last year, he is still considered a very high pick this year. And Clowney told Josh Kendall of The State that he wants to cement his status as a top pick, so he will participate in all drills at the Combine, where he expects to light it up.

?The numbers I am going to put up are going to be amazing,? Clowney said.

Clowney is listed at 6-foot-6 and 274 pounds and claims he can run a 4.46-second 40-yard dash. If Clowney can do that at the Combine, it really would be amazing.

.......................................................................................................................

Clowny probably will do well at the Combine. He is a athletic freak. But that's all he has.

that's when his trying will stop.

sure hope he don't drop to where the Falcons have to think about taking that bust out

I think Manziel will be a superstar I hope Houston takes him :0074

HE WILL DEFINITELY PUT FANS IN THE SEATS IN HOUSTON...DON'T SEE HIM BEING A SUPERSTAR AS I THINK THE SPEED OF THE NFL CATCHES UP TO HIM AND THOSE AMAZING SCRAMBLES WILL NOT END IN THE SAME RESULTS OF A SPORTSCENTER HIGHLIGHT IN HIS FAVOR...THEY MOST LIKELY END IN A TURNOVER OR HIM ON HIS BACK LOOKING THRU HIS EAR HOLE.

I COULD BE WRONG SO AT THIS TIME I RESPECTFULLY AGREE TO DISAGREE WITH HIM BEING A SUPERSTAR IN THE NFL :0008

I think Manziel will be a superstar

I sure don't see it.

I don't think Russell Wilson will be a "superstar", I don't think Colin Kaeperenick will be a "superstar", and I don't think Johnny Manziel will be a "superstar", which can be rather objectively defined as enshrinement in the Hall of Fame, or awfully damn close to it.

I think if you put any of those three on the Minnesota Vikings or Buffalo Bills they would rarely sniff any standards generally associated with elite quarterbacking. As it is, with 2 of the 3 already entrenched on the best teams in the league, you might get 3 or 4 All-Pro (not Pro Bowl) seasons total out of the lot of them over their careers.

Manziel may be the best of those three, but given the opportunities and coaching he's getting, I'd take Kaepernick out of those three.
