A few comments from the video.
Pretti was not an ICU nurse. Pretti was a former ICU nurse who was disciplined for disturbing behavior towards and around patients. He probably would have been fired except he quit after Trump's election victory. Pretti was a prime example of Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Anyone who is obstructing and resisting arrest is directly responsible for the consequences of their actions.
