No, they are following the Constitution. Trump is trying to go around it and they’re telling him to fuck off and follow the law.

Trump wants to skirt the laws by saying everything is a national emergency. Fuck him.

How are we in a constant state if emergency, when he's the best president ever? Nobody can run a country like him!

You don't even know what's going on around you, you simp.

Just keep being lazy and don't actually follow what's going on in the world.

Ruffle feathers? No, it's what he's claiming gives him the right to go around the law. Of course he knows there's no emergency, just like he knows he lost the 2020 election.

Gavin Newsom sparks backlash after viral '960 SAT' comment
California Gov. Gavin Newsom has been accused of racism after citing his underwhelming SAT score during a chat with a black elected official over the weekend.
“I’m not trying to impress you, I’m just trying to impress upon you, ‘I’m like you. I’m not better than you.’ I’m a 960 SAT guy,” Newsom told Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens during a Sunday night event promoting his forthcoming memoir, “Young Man in a Hurry.”
“And I’m not trying to offend anyone,” the potential 2028 Democratic contender went on. “I’m not trying to act all there if you got 940 … You’ve never seen me read a speech because I cannot read a speech.”

The average SAT score for blacks or African Americans, who make up 12% of test takers, is 907 out of a possible 1600, according to College Board 2024 data.

Meanwhile, white participants received an average score of 1083.

NYC professor sparks fury as she's caught on hot mic making 'blatantly racist' comment

Newsom is a 1989 graduate of Santa Clara University, to which he received a letter of recommendation from two-time California Gov. Jerry Brown — who had appointed Newsom’s father to be a Golden State appellate judge.
The current governor has claimed in his book that the only reason he was admitted to Santa Clara was because he was offered a partial scholarship to play baseball.
“I don’t think it’s relevant at all,” Newsom told the New York Times earlier this month in reference to the Brown letter. “The ticket to Santa Clara came through the baseball, not anything else. And that was the point I was making in the book.”

Newsom, 58, was roundly criticized for his comments.
“Gavin Newsom just said he is like a black person because he got a bad SAT score and can’t read,” Rep. Randy Fine (R-Fla.), who has his own history of controversial comments, wrote on X.
“I wish I could come up with something witty, but it’s so disgusting, I can’t. I look forward to all my Democrat colleagues in Congress demanding his resignation tomorrow.”
Sen.Ted Cruz (R-Texas) accused Newsom of practicing “the soft bigotry of low expectations” and reposted a message from political scientist Carol M. Swain, who wrote: “Liberal racism on display.”
Music star Nicki Minaj also lambasted Newsom after attacking him during an event last month.
“His way of bonding with black ppl is to tell them how stupid he is & that he can’t read,” she wrote on X.
“This means my first read on him was correct. He’s been handed so many things & put in high positions he never earned or deserved.”
“Black Americans aren’t your low bar. We’ve built empires, created movements, outworked, outhustled and outsmarted people like you. Stop using your mediocre academics as a way to patronize communities. Its ridiculous!” wrote South Carolina Senator Tim Scott on X.
Conservative podcaster Stephen L. Miller shared an image of Navin Johnson, Steve Martin’s character in the 1979 film “The Jerk,” who famously claimed that “I was born a poor black child.”
“Gavin Newsom rolling into 2028,” Miller captioned his post.

The governor’s office did not immediately respond to requests for comment, but Newsom himself attacked Fox News host Sean Hannity on X after he posted about the Democrat’s comments.
“You didn’t give a s— about the President of the United States of America posting an ape video of President Obama or calling African nations s—holes — but you’re going to call me racist for talking about my lifelong struggle with dyslexia?” he wrote.
“Spare me your fake f—ing outrage, Sean.”
