NO respect for the Quakers.Penn-1.5: this line looks to low , only thing I can figure is the St Joes win was discounted after last night. Am I missing something?LaSalle will be out maned and out classed here. Penn not looking ahead to Cornell.I think the line Guys have not Factored in Toole. All of that said, I thought this team would roll on sat, and they did. Can't see a let down here, the only thing that is a negative, two non conference games back to back. All they set out to do is win the Ivy & go to the dance. I thought they would come together sat and they did. My money says it carries over tonight. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!Caution: when a game looks this easy I pass most of the time and avoid the traps. If The line was -8 ,I would bet it.I figure, they figure if the line was low they would get the bettor thinking.Or maybe I'm wrong. Will be scratching my head if I miss this one.

agree that penn gets no respect, but this is no gimme. not easy going 4-0 in the big 5. lasalle has had some close losses at home (dayton, xavier) , i think they're due for a break. lasalle wins this. excellent job capping college hoops,Bryan.

Not arguing if Penn is the right play or not..doesn't matter...but why should the line be -8? You really think Penn -8 will get even or close to even action for the books? It's not as if Penn is playing Rhode Island...LaSalle has some quality wins and played good teams tough for the most past..beat Nova (as did Penn), won at Marist, won at Seton Hall, lost to Xavier and Dayton by a combined 6 pts. Plus they have the best player on the court tonight and almost each time LaSalle plays, Butler. Once again, not disagreeing (or agreeing) with a play on Penn, rather thinking the spread should be around -8 doesn't make much sense.

Good luck.

Hoops, was at nova-sju game last night at pavilion, and my feeling is hawks have quit on martelli. not showing any heart or passion, which hawk teams are all about. not playing hard or inspired against they're most hated rival is shocking. hawks were overrated from start, and now will be good go against from here on out, imo.

you are right , I am not saying the line should be-8, I am saying I would lay 8.The line doesn't make sense to me because I think Penn wins by 10 to 15. this is a great # for this game because it fits with recent history, and they will get action on both sides, but the line doesn't fit these two today.

This was a tough spot for Penn. All they have to do is win the Ivy and get in, but to win back to back non conference games is special. They will win the Ivy and get to sixteen. They won and should have won but this was a spot for a let down.A game like this shows what this team is made of.

Good calls on Penn the past two games. . . really liked this team earlier in the season and they are still turning out to be a great team to wager on. . . hopefully the lines do not catch up!
