1st quarter under 65 1/2

1992 and 2007 saw both 1st quarters go over, one other year number was 65 so depending on the line that year number was close to line. All other years since 1992 number has gone under. Think there is logic as to why this happens. Teams always come out a little tight and cold after opening intros plus you always see everybody trying to overpass early plus actually play a little defense! Looking for it to happen again.

thanks Wayne glad I could help. Will be going with same 2 bets again next year. Rookie class was exceptionally strong this year so will probably be a total mismatch next year and line traditionally will not go past -12 or so for the sophs. Expect about a 20 point game next year. Glad the big game went over which means the line will probably stay about the same which also means the 1st quarter will also stay about the same. If the number is at least is 65, history is that there has been only one over in last 17 years. Oddsmakers are making a slight adjustment, as the 1st quarter o/u line was lower than any other quarter, but still a good bargain. Don't want the idea to become too public, will have to keep it a secret within the madjack forum lol.
