I don't think USF has enough healthy bodies on defense to stop PITT. They will again control the clock and keep USF off the field. Pitt will win the 2nd half also and +7 for Pitt is a gift. If you take USF you might aswell parlay it with the over because they are going to have to score alot when they can't stop Pitt.

well I do think the over will hit and think it likely that USF Offense will come alive.. they can score in less than 3 minutes. I took them each..seperate for 5 units...
