Coming off a nice 7-1 ATS day on St. Patrick's Day, but not feeling as confident looking at Sunday's slate.

Virginia +3 (-120) - Time for me to unload on a game. Vols coming off a record performance and I'm sure they are feeling very confident right now... however, Cavs have excellent guard combination in Singletary and Reynolds and IMO they control this game. Largest play of the Big Dance for me so far on this game. I'm banking on overconfidence from the Vols after scoring 121 points and I know Virginia has the far better backcourt (yes, I know Lofton is awesome, but he's not their entire backcourt). Better guards win tourney games and the Cavs backcourt win this game Sunday as I expect Singletary and Reynolds to dominate.

Early Sunday Leans: Southern Ill -1, Wisky -5.5, Kansas -8, Nevada +5.5, Purdue +11.5, Oregon -3.5, and USC +2.5. None of these are finalized so take with caution.

Placing now before anything changes:

Purdue +12 (-120) - Game opened at 8 and now the current # is 11.5... hello fade play against the public. Yes, Purdue doesn't matchup very well, but the Boilermakers play excellent defense and should keep this game very close. I have a feeling this line will drop so taking Purdue right now while the line is nice an fat.

Oregon -2 (-120) - Respect the fact a lot of cappers are backing Winthrop. However, Ducks are playing close to home (decent 6 hour drive from Eugen to Spokans.) & only laying 2 points with the buy? Maybe I'm a sucker, but I'm going to back the Quack Pack! Ducks didn't look good against Miami, Ohio, but I expect a far greater effort today. Brooks and Hairston will be too much for Wintrhop IMO.

Thanks Morris... Virginia is a little scary as they are inconsistent. However, I have a really good feeling on the early game.

Adding the following:
Kansas -8 - Jayhawks should have a lot of fans in Chicago this weekend. Kentucky has the better center in Morris, but otherwise Kansas is better at every position.

Tennessee/Virginia Under 155.5 - Line opened at 150 and the public has hammered this number up 5.5 points. I think this game ends with both teams scoring in the 70's.

Nevada +5.5 - Memphis hasn't lost in 3 months, but they also haven't played a team as good as Nevada in 3 months. Wolfpack guards need to handle the Memphis pressure and Nevada should be okay. Fazekas needs to dominate this game more... he didn't play particularly well vs. Creighton.

Southern Illinois -1 - Salukis play excellent defense and I haven't been impressed with the Hokies lately. Tatum should be able to thrive in this environment and I expect VT to have major problems with SIU's pressure defense.

UNLV +7 (-120) - Kruger was ice cold on Friday and the Rebels still got the win against Ga Tech. Wisky should have a decided home court advantage, but I like the Rebels to keep this game tight until the final horn sounds.

Thanks Dr. Fade. Glad you got the winner with UVA... placed my wager last night and got burned.

Another strong day going 6-1-1 and bringing my posted plays at Madjacks to 13-2-1 for the 2nd round of the tourney.
Hopefully I'll keep the momentum going during the rest of the tourney. I also hope someone is paying attention to my plays. I put a lot of effort into capping these games and I'm glad to be producing a number of winners.

NIT starts up again tomorrow...I'll have all day tomorrow to cap these games.
