Nick, Im not knocking your pick I just want to know your reasoning. Im on Port for 2500 and Im starting to think I was suckered in. I dont see anyway they can win this. I know its possible but theyre not a good road team and they really arent a good road team against the higher level teams.

Kings are 1-1 against Portland with the loss at the Rose Garden in an OT game. Kings are the better overall team. Portland comes home with one day of rest off an undefeated east coast trip, always a good fade position. Kings played back to back but it was an afternoon game so fatigue should not be a problem. Portland comes off the buzzer beating win that was on the back end of a back to back situation so they are in a prime let down spot tonight. Kings have the added incentive of now being only one game up on the Lakers.

Nick, I dont know if you read my post but

Port is 14-1 ats off an OT game

Sac is 0-6 ats on the road off a double digit home loss.

And to say sac is a better overall team, well i somewhat agree. But, not on the road. Sac is a very avg team when they are on the road.

I know, Ray, but I think both are in good spots tonight. Both are the overall better team in the matchup and both are in a position of having to defend their position against a team below them in their division.

Layinwood, those are interesting numbers but how far back does that Portland number go? 15 OT games, I'm guessing that's at least 3 years.

Valuist, yeah its close. Actually it goes back to 98. hahha I'm not a big trend follower, but I wanted something to make me feel a little better about the money i have out:D

The good thing about this place is that you get to see someone win every night, unlike my group of loser friends.

Nick,

I side with you on the Kings. They're simply the better team and as the playoffs approach, they will be putting more emphasis on winning on the road.

I played the Kings PK +125
