DISCLAIMER- Gotta be honest, I went out tonight and came home very drunk... so I would advise to research these games before taking my opionion... :scared
Went 1-1 last night, but lost some money because I tried to pile on Baylor at the half... ended up winning a little less than half a unit on them, but lost a whole unit on Colorado as thy allowed ISU to absolutely explode in the 2nd half.
Will update record/units later today... after I wake up.
Missouri -2 (Neb.), +107, 300/321
---- I gotta be honest, I love this game. I loved this game right when it came out...
Mizzou is much more talented than Nebraska. They were a lot more talented when NEB had McCray, and now that he is gone, they are that much more...
Mizzou's public opinion has been incredibly low since Snyder got fired, and I get killed in this forum everytime I pick them... but listen, this is their last home game this season. I would be surprised to see them crap the bed against Nebraska. McKinney is in his last game, as is Young. Gardner, if he is an idiot :nono: and leaves for The League, is also in his last game.
Nebraska needs this game if they have any hope of reaching The tournament, because I don't think they will make any noise in the big 12 tounrey with the talent they have (or lack therof).
I will leave this game with this stat: Mizzou is 10-5 in Columbia, and 1-10 outside. Nebraska is 14-5 in Lincoln and 3-6 outside of it. Those stats speak for themselves. Collier's last regular season game behind the bench of Nebraskaa.
Oklahoma +10 (@Tex), +101, 100/101
--- Honestyl, if this line was lower, I would have more confidence in it. I think Vegas clearly wants OU money, and therfore, I will make an average sized bet on the Sponers..
Oklahoma could win this game outright. They could also lose it by 20+. The redeeming quality about this wager is that OU plays almost everyone close. They play a 'slow-it-down' physical game that can keep the score close with anyone, and not only that, but they have a couple great players in Gray and Neal (and also have good complementary players like Bookout).
OU is a veteran team that will savor closing their regular season out against an 'elite' team like UT. If they brought much less than their 'B' game I would be surprised.
If you are one who likes the 'revenge angle' (i am not) be advised that OU won by 10 at home against UT in their last meeting- in late Jan.
I will update the record tomorrow... Good luck to everyone tomorrow... :SIB
