Looks like Milbury is running the ship and not Laviolette. From what I was told on good authority is that Milbury has told Lav to use 3 lines and 4 D. Then Milbury insists on a practice yesterday doing alot of work. Go figure. After double OT and a taxing game on a short bench he has them get drilled for 45 min. with back to back on tap. Sens had the day off, hmmmmm who do you think will be fresh as a daisy?? As it is the Sens came out of Game 3 without having guys log double the ice time of their counterparts. If you are not fit at this time of year you never will be so to be going hard in a practice between games in the playoffs is not going to fix it. NYI will be going on emotion in the first period and will hope to jump out to a 2 goal lead, if not and anything short of that then NYI will skating as if the ice is downhill. Like I said at the beginning of the series when you rely on a few number of people to carry you in Round 1 against a superior team you will get cooked as the series wears on. Peca needed to be their best player and he is nowhere to be found, mind you again as I said at the beginning of the series, line match-ups would be huge in the Sens favour and the Sens have 3 or 4 lines that can shadow his line with Bates and Parrish. Hammering Ott.

read Horns 1st, then found this. sound familiar

Look for fatigue to possibly become a factor either tonight or in game 5, which will be played up in Ottawa only 24 hours after this evening's contest. Add that to the fact that the teams played 22:25 of extra hockey on Monday.

One player who could be affected by the long game and playing on back-to-back nights is Islanders captain Michael Peca, who is not playing at full capacity. He has had issues with a knee, wrist and shoulder in the last year, and there is evidence that all are ailing at the moment. Peca is nonetheless playing his regular shift, and logged 25:25 of ice time on Monday. For the series he has yet to produce a point and has recorded a mere one shot.

whoa that's :SIB

thanks Horns

Horny- I put a nice chunk on them to win the series after they lost game 1- so I dont want to press my luck- but if they do lose tonight- I will probably make my biggest play of the playoffs on them Thursday-

good luck:D

Good Luck tonight, Horns.

Tempted to jump on the Sens big. I usually follow you on the Sens like lemmings off a cliff. Have only fallen off once or twice this year.

Just hate the -180.

Horns,

Good luck with the Sens tonight, Isles looked totally deflated after loss in overtime, feel the same with the Leafs although with the loss of Mogil don't know if I will lay the money down. Also like Tampa, fresh from the win and Was looked demoralized after the loss. Any thoughts.

you can indirectly thank the LEAFS for that one in last year's playoff series.
