6 of the last 7 nights have been winning nights. Hope the hot streak continues. Going to play Tor/LA over as the Leafs are in back to back and the Leafs like to play it wide open like the Western Conference. Panthers as well looks like a solid play. Lots of value. I look for a team effort and solid defensive play with Dudley in his second game behind the bench. The renewed effort and enthusiasm will help as well. NJ always has a tough battle with Florida.
Oilers playing their 6th game in 9 nights on the road. Fatigue will be a factor and with Salo injured and Conklin in nets I think Minny offers lots of value.
Sens finally played the way they are capable of playing. Sure they allowed 3 goals but 2 of them were so soft that 9 times out of 10 they would be stopped. Sens still have some things to work on but the Jackets lack of depth at forward will hurt them. They will try to slow it down because they don't want to get into a shootout with the Sens as they would lose that type game badly. Still I see the Sens scoring 4 goals and starting a streak. They played with much more confidence. 4 game home stand and they need to take at least 3 of them. Jackets not a good road team and I like the speed and skill the Sens have to open up the neutral zone trap that the Jackets will try to employ on the road. Hossa will return as well for the Sens. Lalime will start in nets.
With a little luck tonight I can get back to the plus side! Strong card tonight as Wednesday's card was not looking strong to me which is why I played two games for a 1/2 Unit.
