Back-to-back 3-4 losing days ... time to turn it around again ... run lines and parlays are slumping at the moment while straight plays are winning at a nice %. The Cards/Astros game yesterday was an interesting game for me to analyze. Initially, I considered playing the Astros +190 cause I thought they had good value as a nice size dog ... but then I actually started considering playing the Cardinals in my parlay ... in the end, I decided that the best play was a no play. I guess my theory is if I can't be decisive, the best play is always a no play. I will be responding to the thread which asks the question "what makes a game/play stand out to you" but I haven't had time yet. I will post it in one of my threads as well either later today or sometime this weekend.

Totally agree with you snake ... I screwed up on that Angels game ... I saw no value in them to bet them straight so I absolutely should NOT have put them in the parlay. Bonehead move on my part and Vazquez was awful tonight for the Expos against my Phils ... was behind in the count consistently and he paid for it. I have lost about 9 of my last 10 parlays and in most of them I lost one big fav including the last two days ... sometimes you win them ... sometimes you lose them ... I may consider trying to play a few 2 teamers rather than trying to hit 3-7 teamers most of the time cause that is a tough task.

On first look, I am not liking tomorrow's card at all ... but I am dead tired so maybe after some sleep ... I will come up with some winners...
