YTD 74-48 ( last 2 nights 4-1)

Lalime & Cechmanek are the starters tonight. I look for a tight & believe it or not, physical game. Could be one of those 2-1 or 2-2 games.

I really like the GRAND SALAMI UNDER tonight. Alot of teams are going to preach a tight game with a 4 day break starting after tonight. Many teams will play a defensive game since they can focus on this with the break starting. I can just see at the end of the first period of alot of these games being 0-0. I don't have a total on the GS under but definitely worth considering with alot of teams playing their number one goalie tonight.

Playing these tonight:

Philly/Ott. u5.5(-125)
Flor. - PK. (+130)
NJ - PK. (-140)
Columbus +.5(+145)
Van. - PK. (-150)

GL to all tonight! Lets all head into the all-star break on a winning note!

Frogy,

Cechmanek for Philly, Boucher played last night. I mentioned in my GS under that alot of teams have their number one in nets tonight and that is why I see alot of low scoring games with the emphasis placed on team defense.
I would lean to Ott. as well. Going into the break Ott. wants this game more, philly is resting Dopita & McGillis tonight. This leads me to believe that the Flyers are not too concerned with the result. They said these players are a little banged up but no real injury just that they thought they would give them tonight off so they had a week off with the all-star break. Just a thought.

mugs,
Thanks for the total on the GS. It looks good, still unsure but leaning to the under play.

SJ,

I like Pitt. in this spot as SJ is playing its 3rd game in less than 4 days on the road.

I am out of town but listening to the Team 1200 on the internet and they are saying Cechmanek has a sinus infection and most likely will not start tonight.

Sorry guys but I can not confirm who is going to start but I would lean to Boucher after listening. I am heading out to dinner so I can not listen anymore so if someone can access the Team 1200 in Ottawa on the internet post the starter here. Thanks

I hope too many people did not take the GS under. It is at 73 for the night with a period to go in the last 2 games, sorry if anyone was on the under of 72. I left it alone after Boucher was starting for Philly and after many of you had overs posted for alot of totals tonight.

2-2 tonight with a push

Damn Blue Jackets. Nice no show tonight. You score in the first minute and decide that 1 goal is enough. No wonder this team is one of the worst. They can't score and most of all don't seem to give a shit tonight. I guess that is what happens in a long season with watered down talent and a ton of mediocrity. Got to hand it to the Ducks, they are playing solid hockey.
