Lalime and Salo are the starters tonight in nets. Many injuries on both sides tonight. For the Sens, the big one is Bonk is out with a lower back injury and is day to day, Jason Spezza has been recalled and will play tonight. He was the AHL player of the month and has 44pts. in 31 games since he was sent down over 2 months ago. Schaefer and Schastlivy are still out on the LW.
For the Oilers, Captain Jason Smith and Ryan Smyth are both out. A slight lean to the under here. Sens have had trouble in the past against the Oilers but they won this year in Edm. and the Sens have played better than ever this year. I am hoping they don't look ahead to the Leafs tilt on Sat. night. Going to play the Sens small.

Playing:
Ott.-.5(-135)1 Unit
Mtl. -.5(-145) 2 Units
NYI - PK.(-115) 1 Unit
Det. -.5(-180) 1 Unit
LA - .5(-130) 2 Units
Van. - PK.(-125) 1 Unit

GLTA!

Bring us a "W" like Korn in Vancouver, HORNS. I actually like Spezza a lot, don't think he's much of a drop off from Bonk. I don't know why they have him playing in the minors:shrug:. The Sens should win this one for us......hopefully.

Good luck with the rest of your card:D

Damn Habs:mad:  Twice this week they screwed me. I can't figure these teams that fire coaches midway, SJ and MTL are no further ahead then they were with their original coaches that started the year.
NYI is even more pathetic on the road than I thought. Their skill and talent alone should have smothered a young and pathetic Preds team.
Lucky on the Canucks but I will take it.
Hit the Sens game and also said they would win by 2 goals, that is 2 nights in a row that I nailed the goal victory on them.
Both the Philly and Cal games went over, they were the 2 teams in back to back roadies, the system keeps on hitting at a fair clip.

Go Habs Go!!
The Habs did dominate this game but couldn't get any goals by Denis, who was named teh 1st star of the game. They had many chances but just couldn't get it done. They are definitely underachieving offensively this year. As for the Sharks, I have never seen a team that was favored by many to win the cup at the beginning of this season, possibly not even make the playoffs. Go figure!

The Predators are a dangerous team on any night. They are rarely blown out of a game and they keep it close. They make me think of the Ducks at the end of the season last year when they were out of the playoffs. They started playing good defensive hockey and beat teams by low scores. I rarely played against the Preds this year.

Glad you had another good night! All the best to you tomorrow! :)
