GREEN BAY PACKERS +.5 and S.F. 49ERS +2.5

PACKERS-The Lions secondary has some key injuries which should make things easier for Farrve who usually plays well against the Lions in Green Bay. The Packers are 6-2ATS vs. their division in season openers while Detroit is just 1-7-1ATS at Green Bay in the last 9 years. The Packers might not cover the 5.5 line, but they at least get the win.

49ERS-The price on this game is too low as the 49ers should be at least a touchdown favorite. S.F. always beats the Falcons at home and they are 6-0-1ATS in their seven games vs. the Falcons at home. S.F. will probably cover the 3.5 points which makes them look really good in a 6 pointer.

Good luck on your teaser today....

Not trying to throw stones...but it makes me a little nervous teasing down to something less than a field goal. Teasing down to 2.5 gives you a slight advantage in a "odd" scoring game, but I don't see a ton of value in teasing to 2 or 2 1/2. Just my 2 cents.

That being said, I hope the Niners lose by 2!!!

Point well taken Goose. I agree that S.F. +2.5 is'nt much of a value, but they probably will win big anyway. Looking at the whole board today the Packers and 49ers are the two teams with the best chance to cover straight up. Taking them in a 6-point teaser just to be safe. GOOD LUCK TODAY!!

WHEW!!I thought the 49ers would never get on track. They finally took the lead in OT. Almost bet them straight at -3.5. Glad I didn't. Packers were the easiest money so far today.GLTA!!
