MINNESOTA -152 over Texas 600/395
Twins come off a very strong road trip where they held their own against Oakland and Seattle. Texas really struggled leading up to the break, getting killed twice by Baltimore. Park has been very inconsistent and he was hit hard in his last start. Minnesota's bullpen has just been great lately so I expect a win tonight.
SAN FRANCISCO -157 over Colorado 600/382
Rockies really struggled offensively in their last two before the break, scoring just 3 and 1 runs in splitting a weekend pair with San Diego. In addition, Jennings' last start was unimpressive (though it was a win over the Giants) as he gave up 8 hits and 4 runs in 6 innings. Ortiz went eight strong last time out. With the Dodgers and D-backs playing each other this is a huge series for the Giants to gain some ground on at least one of them. Expect a strong push for a sweep.
