I am a pretty avid international/club soccer fan & I thought it was a good game, but far from great. This has been a great tourney as a whole though.

The Turk/Czech match up was a GREAT match.

I am not a big fan of Portugal at all so maybe I am biased.

The Dutch vs Russia should be a very entertaining match to watch on ABC tomorrow. I think even non soccer fans will like a match that should feature a wide open style.

Followed by a clash in style as Spain battles Italy on Sunday.

Croatia scores in w/ 1 min left in OT before penalty kicks to break a 0-0 tie after 118 mins & the blessed Turks team again strikes back to tie it @ 1 in less than 90 seconds w/ less than 30 seconds in the game.

Some kind of angel is sitting on the shoulders of the Turks for this tourney. Lightning has struck twice for them. Truely astonishing finishes..

Lets see what happnes w/ kicks....has their luck reached its peak?
