just got done with my post then I saw yours. I was looking for you on the forum...today has been my first posts too...things went the other way for me this weekend and SD can we say over-rated...I'm with you on the Pats...I just called my local and made a rather large play on them when I heard 90%...I think we'll see another game like Pitt/Cleve...let me know what you played Glenn!Glenn Quagmire said:Hey Thom,
Just got back from being out of town. How 'bout those Chargers eh?! What a joke. Anyway, as far as tonight's game goes, I'm not sure why so many people are on the Jets tonight. The Jets really have nothing to play for over than beating in a division rival. And, last time I checked, the Jets are a terrible team. The Pats DO have something to play for. They can jump from the #4 seed to the 3 seed if they win this game and the next, and also if KC wins their game (at least I think that's the scenario). I'm still deciding on whether or not to play the Pats, but I wouldn't touch the Jets tonight. And ESPN just said Belichick confirmed that the starters would play at least 90% of the game tonight. I guess my point is this... if NE can blank TB 28-0, why can't they beat the Jets by at least 10?! Maybe I'm off, but that's just my take.
