Alien tort claims act, huh. Good idea, buddy, Clearly, Mr. Bin Laden is a victim of "brown rage" wherein due to caucasian inhumanity and torture over the centuries towards middle easterners, he was only acting out his pent up frustrations when he orchestrated the attacks on the world trade center. Good defense and great theory of recovery.
My only hope is that we can try this case in Cincinnati where our juries would be most receptive to this theory. God, Fox News is right on top of this story. Thank God we have such an objective, serious, contemplative news agency bringing America objective, clear news without the spin of the liberal media. Damn these lawyers.
