apparently Indy announced that they're going with Andrew Luck -which isnt anykinda news, though... has a qb, drafted at #2 spot ever proven to be a better pick, than the qb selected at #1?
all i can remember is

-and in each instance the #1 did well, while the #2... not soo much
i actually think rg3 could be good (better than luck), though history (from what i can see) isn't on his side (as far as being better than luck anyways). granted, theres tons of other tangibles in there, like the team they're going to, so on ect.,
