What in the love of fuck is a "funky line"?

BTJ thinks all lines should be -110 on both sides. He doesn't understand why a book would have New England -3 -125 and Pittsburgh +3 +105.

Not to mention you can have -105 lines at betagame. Yeah, that's funky alright. :facepalm:

I could definitely do the -105 lines. I just said I don't care for the -125, etc and I could care less why the books need to do something a certain way. If I ever left my current book (cause they do the -125, etc) it would be to go to betagame to get the -105.

All you have to do is ask for the 105 lines and take that instead of the free play bonus.

100% unimpressed with Betagame and will never deposit another penny with them again.

Consistantly take 10-30 minutes to post winners....which is very restrictive especially on Sundays

Customer Service group is hit or miss....they'll either help you (ie..pass along your info to someone else) or they'll say they cant understand you and hang up.

We'll see what they say Monday when I ask to cash out in full immediately.

Multiple weeks with technical glitches related to filling open parlays.

I cashed out on BETAGAME and got my $ within 20 minutes. I'll say, that's about as good as I've ever seen.

My only gripe is that deposits are restricted from withdraw for 7-days. I will consider playing elsewhere because of this. I could understand if you got a freeplay and didn't hit your rollover. Or even if they held 100% of your deposit but let you withdraw your winnings.

Betagame would be the best book on the planet if they gave you all of the options that 5dimes does. Customer Service is top notch but I just can?t use them because they don?t offer what 5dimes does. I have expressed this to Will on multiple occasions but I guess he feels it?s not important.

Will needs to offer ALL of the money line options as well as ALL of the teaser and parlay options that 5dimes does. I honestly hate using 5dimes but they offer the best options in the industry.

Not sure why Will doesn?t listen to me. He would get a lot more business. If Will offered ALL of these options I?d personally deposit a minimum of $10k to $20k with him for this coming football season. And I am sure he would get a lot more business than that, as I am just small potatoes.

Unfortunately 5dimes will most likely be getting my business again this season.
