I want to say a few words about Kosar.
I'm an old timer on these boards (relatively speaking). Kosar (Matt) was the first guy to ever get ahold of me from the posting boards. He called me out of the blue and we became friends. Inevitably, we met in Vegas and became partners in an early venture I had going. The relationship was totally built on trust that generated from a simple judgement of character from each of us, he trusted me and I trusted him.
Early on, there was a situation in which I think 95% of the people on earth would have walked and left my business reputation in ruins, however, Kosar was true to his word and followed through on his word to me. I'll never forget that about him, I could have been played as the sucker, but he was an honorable guy, just as I had sensed.
Both of us love VO, I like mine with club soda, and he loved his straight. Sounds like in the end that is what got him.
Anyway, he was a true smart ass of the boards, something I think the world needs more of, and I like him for that. He saw through everyone's bullshit, and was usually spot on.
Lastly, I just want to reiterate what a loyal friend and business partner he was to me, and alot of my success was enabled by his reciprocated trust in me.
