Illinois +7.5: I like the Illini team- They are a defensive team with good athleticism. If Illinois can hit some jumpers they may win SU. 1*

St. Joes +5.5 and Under 121: I think SJ style can keep them in this. I expect an ugly game. GW last 9 on the road have been unders.... But this series tends towards overs so I am not jumping here. 1*

Purdue -3: I do not like this Michigan team and I believe they have not sync'd yet. I like what this Purdue team is doing. I think they could be a nice mid tier Big 10 team. 1.5*


Second Half:

Maryland -1: Maryland shooting too many 3's and has 10 turnovers but I think they can clean that up. They have only taken 9 2 point shots. Look for them to clean that up. 2*

Nebraska +2.5: Nebraska ran out of gas vs Minnesota but that was due to only dressing 7 players due to flu. Team is healthier now and will dress full complement of players. Maryland good team but winning in Omaha is not easy. I expect Nebraska to win by 6.

Early ball ended o.k.
Finished 3-3 but hit the stronger plays. Illinois shot the lights out the 1st half but could not keep it going the second half. Purdue looked good in the second half... or Michigan looked bad. Nebraska women forgot to come out of the locker room. Makes me think they may not be completely healthy yet. St. Joes some how came back to get a late cover.
