Put this one in the books boys. Santa Clara is a winner in my bank account......painful for the pride though watching my Heels get dealt with like that.

Good night overall! See you all tomorrow!

As painful as this loss was, maybe it's what this team needs. As a diehard fan, I'm about to throw in the towel with this team. Too many egos, too many guys who want the spotlight, too few people stepping up to be leaders. I feel this group of guys is cursed, too much jekyl and hyde. And with Doherty loving it (as much as you and i would in his position) it made it that much harder.

Here, here saint. You said a mouthful in those few lines. My hope is that Felton being absent from the game meant we lost. I absolutely believe that he is the driving force behind this teams success. He is the "head" of the Tarheel basketball team "body." Without a head, you ain't worth much of $hit! In my 10+ years of betting, I had never laid a wager against the Tarheels in any sport. That's the honest truth. If I could ever justify the other side, I would just sit back and watch the game and be a fan. Tonight I crossed over simply because it seemed that easy. I guess I could just see the writing on the wall. After the game was over, I talked with my father. In his words, "A Dean Smith team would never have played that way." Meaning, no matter who was absent, the Tarheels would at least give their best effort and try with all that was in them to win. This team may indeed lack that. Is it the players? coach? AD? Who the heck knows?

Can you believe I am saying this? Go Heels tomorrow, because we are going Bowling. Thank you John Bunting!
