I used to be happy when Tech LOST by less than 35
My Father was there with Don Strock
Mike Vick did so much to put VT on the map both on the football field and off
People started to get to know Blacksburg
The team started to get respect
Idiot Marcus has torn almost all that down...
I apologize but it just hurts
VT has come along way and this jackass who doesnt care about the school is taking it down..

hokie, no need to apologize - all are entitled to their opiion. what vick has done is pitiful at best - i think he and his brother are knuckleheads, but the younger is far worse. a byproduct of the road the older paved for him. i can't stand the younger vick, but he is no different than any other scumbag playing college football. we all want our teams to kick a$$ every week and we will fire the hc if he can't produce a winner. all schools papmper their star athletes and some do it more than others. vick isn't the first and sure won't be the last... the laundry list from several top schools is ridiculous. miami had a guy playing a year ago with a monitor attached to his ankle. lawrence philips, - the list could continue but i will not take the time. pacman jones - a sure thug. anyway, i can appreciate your passion for your school - hell you ought to remember when memphis' sylvester gray and marvin alexander signed with agents in the lat eighties - it cost our team a serious shot at the nat title and set our program back for years....everyone loves their school.

Vick is a punk... I am a West Virginia and Big East fan so of course I hate the entire Hokie nation.... Mark my words.... With the Vick's gone and Beamer's goiter taking over... This is the beginning of the end for VT.

I completely disagree with you about how Vick does as a pro....he is not even close to NFL caliber, he won't be drafted high and won't get on a roster at the beginning of next season. His best bet will be in Canada or Europe.

And I wouldn't wish that piece of trash on our Canadian and European friends, that's for sure.
