I saw a rating today for the top airlines for domestic flights. I'm probably in the majority that cringes anytime they have to call or deal with an airline (barring the example below). Well, what shocked me is that one of my favorite companies as far as personal satisfaction, Southwest Airlines, was ranked 10th. I was really shocked to see how low they were.
Anyway, the point of the post is garhishing opinions on companies that some of you really have enjoyed dealing with over an extended period of time. I basically have three that I can think of:
1. Southwest Airlines -- hold time on phone is generally less than 3-5 minutes; flights are cheap; flights are on-time; and booking online only take 4 round trip flights to earn a free round trip ticket.
2. Holiday Inn Express -- consistent; fair price to surrounding market; free wireless internet (at most); great continental breakfast; better than average room
3. Bank of America -- internet banking options; internet banking options; internet banking options
Anyone else have their personal favorites? Let's keep this as positive experiences. We could go on for years about companies who are typically very poor at customer service.
