Last week: 5-3 (+22.9*)
Last 3 weeks: 21-10-1 (+86.4*)

Thursday:
7* Marshall +13 (bought half-point)
This number looks high. I guess Miami could blow them out, but I'm gonna bet Marshall keeps it under the number. Marshall 5-0 ATS in last 5 meetings with Miami.

Saturday:
10* Tennessee -23
Maybe I'm beating a dead horse, but I'm still going against MSU until the linesman catches up with them. Tennessee will want to work out the kinks in their offense, and will tee off against a defense that has given up and resorted to finger-pointing last week against Bama. No way do I see State in this game. Vols could win by 40.

10* Houston -10
Houston has blown away most bad teams they've faced. Army doesn't have the cadets to slow down Houston's high-powered offense. When I saw Augur was on Houston, it confirmed what I already felt. Cougars win by 3 TDs.

More later.

NY like TN. even though the situation favors MSU but seeing Bama blowing them out at home shows me they have cashed it in.Also I think MSU defense is ranked in the low 90's & UT's 16. Good Luck this weekend.

Victory was indeed sweet, scott. I'm looking at those two games but am not clear about them yet. I can't go with one or the other until it becomes perfectly clear which is the right side.

The Marshall game really pissed me off! My inner feeling was tugging at me: take Miami, give the points, it'll be a blowout! Yet, I allowed myself to be swayed by the picks of a handful of cappers I respect, who all seemed to be on Marshall. It seemed so reasonable. I've learned this lesson a thousand times, but it's so hard to actually accomplish: go with your own feeling, give it a greater priority than external influences and you'll win most of the time.

So, now I'm trying to make sure I feel absolutely right about each play, without allowing myself to be totally swayed by another capper's conclusion or by some intelligent write-up that points out the perfect validity of the other side.

With that said, there are still cappers here that I greatly respect, and I will still consult with their perspectives of the games, for it is greatly helpful in my own process of becoming clear about the right side.

Let's go for a great weekend, guys! Sorry about the Marshall game, but we'll chalk it up as increased wisdom and just keep on keeping on!

Too tired for write-ups:

10* Toledo +1.5
7* Auburn +7
7* Memphis +7
7* Texas -18

I will post 2-4 more games here during the day on Saturday.

Home some of you benefitted from that 2nd half play. I don't often post my 2nd half plays, although I hit about 70% of them. I post something if I got something big. That's my second posted 2nd half play this year. First one was Oregon at Arizona, and it covered by around 30 as well.

Racked up with Tennessee today. If I hadn't given my 15* last week on Alabama, it would have been on Tennessee today. Had a 10* on the game, won with the 1st quarter, 1st half, and 2nd half. 4 winners in 1!

3:30 games just starting. Got a big play on Auburn +7. I have small plays on FSU and Ohio St, but not big enough to post them as recommended games.

Hope everyone is enjoying a great day!

You're welcome. I have a 4-team parlay with TCU, New Mexico, Toledo, and LSU. If the Tigers come through, I will enjoy a huge day indeed!

Won my 4-team parlay and teaser. Made me very, very happy. BTW, I almost always tease the same teams that I parlay. Often, even if I lose the parlay, I win the teaser, which results in a profit even with the parlay loss.

For the week I was 9-5 (+26.5*) This makes me 30-15 (+106.9*) over the last 4 weeks. I lost track of my season record before that, so I'm basically just letting you know what I've done lately.

Went 4-0 on 10*s today. If you are only playing my top plays, you've been very happy recently.

I haven't done so well in the last 2 weeks in the pros, although before that I'd had several consecutive winning weeks. I'll be able to give it a little more focus tomorrow, so I'll see if I can turn that around.

Very soon I'll be chipping in with college hoops. If you followed my plays last season, you'll recall that I had quite a run with my 10*s with a 19-9 streak at one point, and had a consistently winning season overall. I only hope to do so well this year.

I'll have pro plays now and then, when I feel really strongly about one. I also had a winning season in pro baskets last season, so we'll see what happens this time around.

That's the "report" for now. Hope that you enjoyed a wonderful day:)
