A Plan only Michelle Obama Will Love

The Obama plans to put forth his first economic plan in September. His preview highlights both tax increases and spending cuts.

I'm sure aides are now fast at work developing the plan as he vacations. He is lucky that he has his family with him because regardless of what is presented, only his wife will support him...that is if his mother-in-law allows her to.

If the plan includes the types of cuts that will allow it to gain bi-partisan support, there is no way the left will support it. If the plan has even one tax increase...we know the level of push back.

While some of you blame this situation on the Congress, it is entirely The Obama's fault. Why do Republicans feel like they can oppose every tax increase...because they know they can!

If The Obama wants to continue his campaign against Congress, at some point he will have to answer for the two years of demo control of both houses. He will also have to explain his lack of leadership even with control of 2/3 of Washington.

Congress members are now at home hearing how unhappy their constituents are. Do you think, with the election nearing they are going to go out on a limb for a failed leader. If anything, moderate democrats are already thinking about how avoid being targeted by the Tea Party. How many of these weasels are going to choose The Obama over being re-elected? The Republican weasels are going to be even less likely to compromise since The Obama has again reinforced the fact that, they don't have to!

Put this together and, due to his lack of experience, leadership and strategy, The Obama is now in a situation where he cannot govern and will not win re-election.

There is no doubt that, behind the scenes demo leaders are trying to determine if they can run a viable candidate against him. That answer might be yes. Does anyone think The Obama is a stronger candidate right now than Hillary would be versus the Republicans?

The election is still 15 months away but, the point is that The Obama is boxed in so that he will be unable to have a dramatic impact on the issues that matter most. He has already blamed anyone within eyesite and with the market continuing its slide, housing down, unemployment up and every economic indicator still going in the wrong direction, soon people will start thinking about the good old days of George Bush's presidency.

I know it's hard to believe that anyone not blindly following The Obama can make a cogent point but, you are wrong again my friend.

Thanks for sharing your "Libertarian" p.o.v. there, Bob. :0074

So Bob, since you're obviously a direct descendent of Nostradamus, who will the Republican nominee be and why will you vote for him/her?
