Bachmann could win the Republican primary in Iowa. I hope she does.
In fact I hope she wins the Republican nomination.
Even Chris Wallace of Faux Newz calls her a flack.
In a general election she would get the 10% of mentally impaired Teabaggers and a few nut-job right wingers.

...and Duff you are over-estimating the IQ level in this country. She would still get 30% of the vote. Easy.
Straight up if she was the Republican nomination there is no doubt in my mind she at least would get 45 percent plus. U could put up a parrot and get 45 if the R was next to it.
According to the current Des Moines Register poll, Romney's polling at 23% and Bachmann's polling at 22% in Iowa right now. Since she's from Iowa though, it's not a good state in which to gauge Bachmann's popularity on a national scale.
