Decisions on what, and where troops do it, are made at a paygrade a little higher than me, by people with more information than myself. Whether I think they are right or wrong are irrelevant, especially in this discussion.

When you go get your oil changed do you go find the store manager and tell him which guys you want draining and which you want filling?

When you go to work each day, do you stop by your boss's desk and give him a gameplan of how you expect him to act that day?
